DuBois Cary began in 1995 when Amanda DuBois set out to create a family law firm that would empower people going through divorce and help them transform their experiences into brave new beginnings. After meeting Monnica Cary, a passionate family lawyer who worked in the same downtown high rise, the two became partners in building an incredible team of fierce, compassionate lawyers. A few years later, Lucia joined the team coming from a background in youth and family non-profit work. Our work is rooted in empowering clients, mentoring new lawyers, and serving the community. Today, we are one of the most long-standing, women-owned law firms in Seattle.
