I bring more than 30 years of financial and management experience to my role as Executive Director at DuBois Cary. Launching my career with the goal of becoming an accountant, I soon found that my love for team building, recruiting, and managing law firms was my true passion.

I’ve been lucky to work with a variety of law practices to help their teams thrive, from international firms and corporate Fortune 500 companies to solo practices. Having worked with a variety of other firms, I recognize how special DuBois Levias is. The team’s emphasis on each person who walks through their door is unparalleled. Our legal team shows up every day with compassion and the ability to truly listen to what each person is going through.

I love my job and the DuBois Levias law team. Every day, I get to combine my financial background with a focus on people to create an engaging, fun work environment for this amazing group. With their focus on helping people through what can be some of the most challenging times of their life, supporting this team’s success is the most rewarding work I could be doing.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family — my husband of 30 years, my three children, and my grandson. On the weekends, you’ll find me cheering on my daughter’s sports teams. Giving back to my community is something I value, and I’ve volunteered as a Girl Scout leader and with the animal rescue group Resilient Hearts. I love animals and training my three rescue dogs is a joy.
