About
Separation can be the best solution for couples and their families—I know from personal experience. I grew up in a very dysfunctional family. My parents had violent communication practices with weekly threats of separation. Neglecting to either communicate nonviolently or dissolve their marriage caused them so much pain and suffering, and it affected the rest of our family.
I work in family law with the hopes of using my story to help others lead a better life. It’s rewarding to see the positive impact we have on people, like in one of the custody trials I helped support. Knowing these trials can be very long and taxing for all people involved, especially for kids, I ordered widgets for the child in this trial to play with, and it made the experience a lot better for them.

An aspiring attorney, I’m currently a JD candidate at the Seattle University School of Law, class of 2026. In college, my business writing and ethics professor was an attorney and she gave us a tremendous amount of classwork connected to case laws. She noticed I was really engaged in the work and thought I should pursue law. Family law was my initial interest after learning about the important role attorneys play in finding the best outcome for kids.

I was born and raised in Seattle. I love the weather, the food, and living on the Puget Sound. I got my undergraduate degree from the University of Washington with a dual degree in marketing and management. During college, I was awarded the “Marketing Guru Award” for creating a startup restaurant competition similar to the TV show Shark Tank. Following graduation, I created a campaign that raised over $70,000 towards medical expenses for a professor of mine who was very ill.
I spend a lot of my free time involved in community activism. Working with a local representative, we helped pass a permit-to-purchase bill that requires training on firearms. I serve as a volunteer community advocate at the Civil Survival Project.
Stand-up comedy and improv help me focus on the humor in life. I’m also a certified scuba diver and have dived in the Red Sea and the Puget Sound. My partner and I recently celebrated our three-year anniversary, and the Seattle Aquarium is our favorite place to go.
